HOW TO GET RIPPED (And Stay Ripped 365 Days a Year!)

Learn how to get ripped with an easy to follow meal plan!

People will often ask me how to get ripped without dieting or what is the fastest way to get ripped. My answer always starts with a laugh since I have to wonder who planted these ridiculous thoughts in their heads in the first place. Let’s face it guys, if you want to reap the benefits of having ripped and defined six pack abs, you’re going to have to work for it. Unfortunately, those peddling shortcuts are doing you a disservice and flat out lying to you.

That’s not what you’re going to get from me. As a professional strength and conditioning coach relied on by top pro athletes, I view it as a responsibility to not b.s. you. The truth is what is needed and that’s what you get in this video.

In order to get ripped, defined muscle you have to start developing a healthy respect for nutrition. Your muscle building meal plan needs to include carbohydrates (both fibrous and starchy) and should have you eating throughout the day to maintain stable blood glucose levels. Avoiding carbs or eating for just a few hours during the day are not viable long term eating solutions.

In this video, I show you how to get ripped and stay ripped 365 days a year by adopting sound nutritional strategies. I tell you what bad nutrition advice you can throw away, what should be labeled as a straight scam, and what you need to know to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. Burning fat is accomplished by the exercise that you do and the diet that you eat. In my opinion, you can make far greater impacts on your ability to see your abs by focusing on cleaning up your nutrition.

Eating a diet that is high in fiber and protein while not avoiding integral dietary fat or starchy carbs all together, will most quickly help you to get six pack abs faster than you could otherwise.

If you want a complete workout and nutrition program to help you build athletic and ripped muscle, be sure to head to and get the athlean-x Training System. If you want to look like an athlete, you’ve got to train (and eat) like one. Now you can with our get ripped workouts and meal plans.

  8. Pretty damn clear. In every one of his videos nutrition is mentioned. I’m getting slowly better at it. By taking his advice and slowly making a transition I’m noticing I’ve been going 70/30 on meals, and them abs are slowly making their way out
