  2. Should I use RX-2 or RX-3 with breakfast the day after a rest day? In other words, which supplement is better to add in some needed protein to breakfast when I may only have time for cereal (again, not as a post workout— could be even a day or more since last workout)

  3. I don’t like HICA, it directs amino acids to be used for repair instead of for energy. You’re manipulating your body’s natural physiology with a drug. Never good. Same with the next one. I like zinc, I hesitate to use melatonin daily, and protein is from food

(Potential Topics to cover)1) Could you please go through the new line of ingredients included in each of the RX series? 2) Why have the sizes of your supplements changed? The size you seem to sell is much smaller than what you have in your videos. Why is there no option to purchase a larger batch?3) Review the scientific aspect to each ingredient (as touched upon SOME of the topics), and their added benefits when taken together; as they are all included within one bottle/throughout the day with RX1, RX2, RX3.4) It takes time to build stores of certain things such as Creatine, does it matter that the RX-1 is not taken on the last two days of the week when following your AX-1 plan.   5. Can anyone one please answer the casein question. Does this product have casein as advertised or not. Yes or no. It’s no longer on the label and the calories indicated, suggest that it does not. This needs casein protein.

  6. I recently used this product and I am a fan of it. Out of all the 3 products this one is the best for it a price. However, this video does not represent the current 2018 RX3 Supplement. The only ingredient that they kept in the current RX3 is the 10g of Glutamine. No ALA or melatonin or anything. I'm only a fan of it because of its high glutamine content and the other ingredients. It is way better than the rx1 or rx2 but seriously Jeff. Update this vid!!!!

    I’ve noticed after taking this I could NOT sleep and I know I need sleep after working out to recover so this is very concerning for me please help.

  9. Hey Jeff. Would taking Rx Recovery ruin my intermittent fasting? I want to try intermittent fasting for my next round of working out, but I don't know if taking the Rx Recovery would ruin it because I go to bed during my fasting period. Do you know if it will have much of a negative impact on my fasting, or will it be OK as long as I ONLY take Recovery before bed?

  10. Just had a conversation with Nancy at Athlean office for the second time about these supplements. The supplements are overly, extremely, unbearably sweet.

    On the first call, Nancy suggested me to increase the amount of water because before I was following the instructions, so I followed her suggestion, but it didn't work, then I decided to also decrease the amount of powder while keeping the increased amount of water, to my entire surprise the sweetness cannot be beat! At all!

    My stomach hurts when I take the supplements so I have to stop them all after having spent the amount required in US$ plus the exchange rate for CDN$ plus shipping. I wish I could get my money back…

    Anyone else experienced the same? Please share your thoughts.

  12. Hi Jeff, I'm a new dad and work two jobs. So most of the the time I don't have a chance to sleep more than 3-4 hours a day. Would it be worth it for me to get this product?

  13. I just bought RX3 and no where on the bottle does it say that it contains casein or melatonin. why is that? Not to say that the ingredients that are listed on the bottle aren't helpful, did the ingredients change?
