  2. hi jeff.i´m from germany,and i´m not the big musclegainer.but i guess,if i´m working my muscles,i instantly lose fat.i had 105kg(210lbs) after a friends b-day,i started to train.and i didn´t even realise that i lost 25kg(50lbs).so now i have 80kg(160lbs) after 2&1/2 months,and i´ll not stop.so i would like to thank you. and sorry for my bad english

Those push ups are meant to built EXPLOSIVE power and Recruit as many muscle fibers as possible within the least amount of time … Thats why so many athletes do them … try a couple of Plyometrics movements and I bet your Ass your gonna want to punch someone after a workout.

  4. @pk pulse fall, those are powerblock dumbbells. I have a set and love them, they're a little pricey but still cheaper than buying all the individual dumbbells you would need in a home gym.

  6. You watch Jeff talk and the average person would probably think "STEROIDS" and then you see his workout and then go "Oh that makes sense now…"

  7. I have been doing strength training for over 25 years and I am not sure if Timmy has ever done 25 X Plyo pushups.. There are no theatrics.. Any criticisms I have found on here come from little understanding in sports training or have not played competitive sports at a high level.. I have many years training in biomechanics and this training far surpasses everything else out there.
